Access to the early years entitlements

            You can access the following early years entitlements at                  our setting:

• Two year old entitlement for families receiving additional support (families on low income, children in or left care/EHC/DLA)
• Universal entitlement for children aged 3 to 4 years
• Working parent entitlement for children aged 3 to 4 years
• Working parent entitlement for children aged 2 years
• Working parent entitlement for children from 9 months and under 2 years 

           The number of weeks we offer the entitlements at our                       setting:

• We offer term time places for up to 38 weeks a year, but we are open all year round
• We are willing to offer stretched offer places for up to 51 weeks a year (we are currently not offering this but any parent willing to do this can apply)

          How you can access entitlement places at our setting:

• The entitlement is available for 30 hours and 15 hours. You can access these hours per week at no charge. Options are below:
• 30 hours for 3 days: 8am - 6pm
• 30 hours for 4 days: 9am - 4.30pm
• 30 hours for 5 days: 9am - 3pm
• 15 hours for 3 days: 9am - 2pm
• 15 hours for 2 days: 9am - 4.30pm
• 15 hours for  5 days: 9am - 12noon

         Chargeable Extras

        Additional hours

       We operate from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 7am and 6pm.                       Parents/carers accessing early years entitlements can access additional hours,             chargeable as follows: £15 for one extra hour

       Food (Optional)

       We offer up to 1 breakfast, 2 meals, and 2 snacks per day. These are chargeable           as follows: £15 per day. 

       Time:

       Breakfast: 7am - 8.45am

       Snacks: 10am & 2pm

       Meals: 12 noon & 4pm

      Consumables

        We do not offer consumables, this means parents provide nappies, wipes and             creams for their children. 

        Additional services

      Charges for trips depends on where the children will be visiting as coaches                  charges vary. Therefore, we are not able to provide a specific amount on this.
